Khloe and French Montana, 31, dated for several months in 2014. She and Harden, 26, dated for about six months and broke up in February. During their time together, Khloe helped take care of Odom, 36, as he recovered from a drug overdose he suffered in October.

The two, who wed in 2009, stopped divorce proceedings after his scare and have remained friendly but have not gotten back together. They were last photographed together in late March, when he attended a Easter Sunday church service with her and her family.

"At my core, I don't believe in divorce," Khloe wrote in Lena Dunham's Lenny newsletter earlier this month. "But I came to a point in my marriage where I had to make the choice to take care of my own mental and emotional well-being in order to protect myself and my happiness. I am at peace with that decision and do feel like I honored my vows to the very end."

Earlier this year, Khloe penned two cryptic posts about unrequited love and "letting go" on Instagram.
Khloe said in her video you "don't technically always have to fully get over someone."

"It's okay to move on from them but you could still love them from a distance," she said. "If people are destructive to you emotionally, that doesn't mean you can still love them. You just have to learn to take better care of yourself...To each their own so, I don't think there is one way to get over anybody."

"I do know that if you find another guy to flirt with it's a little easier," she joked. "But um, no, I think the issue and will still be there."
